It is within easy walking distance to Tywyn’s High Street with shops and eateries, as well as a stunning sandy beach just 3½ minutes away. The house offers off-road parking, free WiFi, and a flatscreen Smart TV.

The ground floor of Angorfa includes a family shower room and a spacious kitchen/diner with patio doors leading to the back garden. The newly carpeted stairways lead to the upstairs bedrooms, including a family bedroom that sleeps 4, a king-size bedroom, and a bunk bedroom. The property also features a family bathroom with a corner bath and shower. Outside, there is a front and back garden with off-road parking, a wooden picnic bench, a pagoda, and a BBQ for guests to use.

Angorfa is close to the seafront and town center, offering easy access to amenities such as the Talyllyn Railway, health center, leisure center, restaurants, pubs, shops, and cinema.
