The property includes a living/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bunk bedroom, and a family bathroom with WC. Luxuries such as WiFi, a play area with games, and a beach hut on Abersoch's main beach are provided. The house also features an open fire in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and off-road parking for 3 cars and a boat/trailer.

Guests can enjoy the enclosed grassed rear garden, rear slate patio with garden furniture and barbecue, and grassed front garden. Pets are allowed, with a fee per pet, and amenities such as a travel cot, highchair, and travel stairgate are available upon request. Bed linen is provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels and tea towels.
