Located in Caernarfon, Wales, Ty Ni is a detached cottage that can accommodate up to seven people in its three bedrooms. The cottage features a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower, a ground floor double bedroom, and a family room with three single beds and an en-suite shower. The open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture.

The cottage is equipped with gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a tumble dryer, a TV with Freeview, a DVD player, games, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel and power are included in the rent, as well as bed linen and towels (beach towels are not provided). Amenities such as a cot, highchair, and stairgate are available upon request. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises.

Caeathro, where the cottage is located, is a small village with a shop and pub on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, just two miles from Caernarfon.
