The ground floor of the cottage features a living room, snug with TV, dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and microwave. The first floor includes a family bedroom with a double and single bed, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. Entertainment options include Wifi, digital TVs, DVD player, CD player, books, games, and local information. Outside, there is a large garden with patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue set, as well as ample parking available.

Additional amenities provided at the cottage include bed linen, towels, central heating, electricity, a hairdryer, and a starter pack of fuel for the fire. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and cake are provided upon arrival. One dog is allowed at an additional cost, and guests are reminded to keep their pets on a lead. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver, and full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed upon receipt of full payment.
