Parking is available for two cars at the rear of the house, with the option to park a car in front of the house through the gates if needed. The cottage is generally suitable for supervised children and offers high chair, travel cot (bedding not supplied), stair gate, and children's beach toys on request. All utilities, linen, and towels are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. The cottage also includes LPG gas combi boiler for central heating and hot water, deck chairs, windbreaks, and no smoking policy.
