The first floor features a sitting room and a kitchen with a dining area. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and enclosed front and rear patios with furniture, decking, a gravelled area, and a barbecue. The beach is just a short walk away, making Bryn Goleu an ideal holiday base.

Amenities at the cottage include oil central heating, a well-equipped kitchen with appliances such as an electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. There are four TVs, two with Netflix, WiFi, a selection of books and games, as well as a travel cot, highchair, and stairgate. Bed linen and towels are provided, and fuel and power are included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and there is an electric vehicle charger available at the property. The cottage is non-smoking, and there are local shops, pubs, and the beach within walking distance.
