The beautifully renovated former barn is set within a private yard on the edge of Bala market town, offering a countryside feel while still being close to amenities. The cottage boasts 5-star qualities such as king-sized beds, underfloor heating, and a woodburner, making it a comfortable base to explore Snowdonia National Park.

Guests can enjoy a variety of activities in the area, including white water rafting, Zip World, mountain biking at Coed y Brenin, and relaxing on golden beaches. The cottage is also within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, a steam train, and watersports on the largest natural lake in Wales. For larger groups, there are two other holiday cottages on site that can accommodate 2 and 4 guests respectively.

The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, stylish living room, and dining area on the ground floor, along with a king-size bedroom and shower room. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with king-size beds that can be arranged as twins, as well as a bathroom. Entertainment amenities include TVs in all bedrooms and WiFi. Outside, guests can relax on the enclosed patio with garden furniture, and there is plenty of private parking available.

Additional amenities provided include bed linen, towels, hairdryers, and basic household items. The owners live on site and are available to assist with any queries or provide local recommendations. Families with young children can request a travel cot and high chair. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the property.
