The cottage is situated near the beach in Morfa Bychan and features a king-size double, a double, and a twin room, along with a bathroom, ground floor wet room, kitchen with dining area and woodburner, and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is a garden area to the front and rear with furniture and a private hot tub. The cottage is next to a golf course, five minutes' walk from a shop and pub, and ten minutes' stroll from the famous Black Rock Sands beach.

Other nearby attractions include the village of Borth-y-Gest, cliffs, coves, the Italianate village of Portmeirion, and historic castles at Criccieth, Harlech, and Caernarfon. Walkers will enjoy the trails through Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula. The area is known for its choirs, mountain ranges, and beautiful valleys, offering something for everyone to enjoy.
