Situated near the village of Llanfachraeth on Anglesey, the farmhouse is set within 100 acres of arable farmland and features two double rooms, a twin room, a house bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining room with a Rayburn stove and piano, and two sitting rooms. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ, and access to open ground and a private track down to the coast.

The property includes amenities such as oil central heating with a woodburner, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TVs with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio, bed linen, towels, a travel cot, highchair, and stairgate. There is also a play area and sand pit for children, bike storage, and watercraft parking. The cottage is accessed via a long un-adopted track and does not allow pets or smoking. The village of Llanfachraeth offers easy access to the beautiful coastline, sandy beaches, and attractions of Anglesey, including watersports, historic sites, and family-friendly activities.
