Siop Y Roe is a charming three-bedroom bungalow holiday cottage located in Llandudno, Wales. Situated on the outskirts of Llandudno, the cottage is within walking distance to local amenities and the beach at Penrhyn Bay.

The cottage is set just off the coastal road into Llandudno, with a walled and gated boundary to the front and a fence to the rear opening into a field often visited by horses. It is close to local golf courses, the North Wales Theatre, and just a short drive from Betws y Coed and the mountains of Snowdonia. The open plan living area includes a spacious kitchen, dining area, and cozy lounge with an inglenook fireplace and log burner, perfect for spending time with family and friends.

There are three bedrooms, including a twin room, double room with TV, and a master bedroom with an en suite shower room and access to a raised decking area with the hot tub. The cottage also features a contemporary family bathroom, dishwasher, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and garden furniture. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and WiFi is provided.

Llandudno is a coastal town known for its North Shore Beach, Llandudno Pier, and Great Orme headland. The town offers a variety of activities and attractions, including the Great Orme Mines, tramway to the summit, and nature reserves. Guests will receive arrival details via email one week before their stay, and the cottage is conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Promenade and Llandudno Swimming Centre.
