The property is part of a group of three cottages on the owners' smallholding, which includes sheep and pigs.

The cottage features a 5' double bed and 4 single beds, as well as a bathroom, shower room, sitting room, kitchen diner, and utility room. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a DVD player, CD player, and WiFi, along with oil central heating and a multi-fuel stove for cozy nights in. Outside, there is a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as extensive shared grounds for guests to explore.

Pets are welcome at the property, with a charge of £25 per week or £20 per short break per pet. Smoking is not allowed, and guests can enjoy private parking during their stay. The nearest amenities are a pub 3 miles away and a shop 5 miles away, with the nearest beach located 14 miles from the cottage. Short breaks are available outside of school holidays, making this an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying all that Snowdonia has to offer.
