Lletty is a charming holiday farmhouse located on The Bodnant Estate in Colwyn Bay, Wales. The estate features 10 self-catering cottages, set in picturesque countryside with stunning views of Snowdonia. The farmhouse, dating back to the 17th century, has been restored using traditional materials and techniques, earning an award for its restoration in 2009. The property boasts period features such as vaulted rooms, exposed beams, and a bread oven, offering a unique and historic accommodation experience.

The farmhouse sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, including a king-size bed, super-king size zip and link beds, and twin single beds. With two bathrooms, a wood-burning stove, and an enclosed garden with barbecue, guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Families with children are welcome, and two well-behaved dogs are allowed for a small additional charge. Parking is available for three vehicles, and fishing permits can be obtained from the Bodnant Garden Centre, which also offers a 10% discount to guests.
