Located in Bala, Gwynedd, Wales, Forestry Cottage is a charming semi-detached property that can accommodate up to six guests in its three bedrooms. Situated near the town of Bala and just over two miles from Bala Lake, this riverside cottage offers a comfortable stay with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bunk room, as well as a bathroom. The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy sitting room with a woodburning stove, and modern amenities such as LPG central heating, WiFi, and multiple TVs with FreeSat and Blu-ray player.

Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for two cars, a rear grassed area, and a front gravelled area with furniture and a barbecue. The surrounding area provides plenty of outdoor activities, including walks, cycle routes, and watersports, while sandy beaches and picturesque towns and villages are within driving distance. The cottage is supplied with spring water that undergoes annual testing and is equipped with a UV filter system. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed on the property.

The small hamlet of Rhos-y-Gwaliau, where the cottage is located, is nestled within the Snowdonia National Park and is just 2.2 miles away from the town of Bala. Bala is known for its bustling market, interesting shops, inns, and restaurants, as well as its offering of watersports on Llyn Tegid, the largest natural lake in Wales.
