The cottage features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a 2' 6" twin bedroom, along with a bathroom, ground floor shower room, and ground floor cloakroom. The accommodation also includes a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room, a sun room, a barn room, and a utility room. Outside, guests can enjoy a private lawned garden with patio furniture and access to 40 acres of fields, woodland, and private coastline. There is also ample off-road parking available.

Amenities at Cwm Farm include oil central heating, an open fire, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with Freeview, a DVD player, a CD/radio, and WiFi.
