Outside, there is ample private parking and a grassed garden to the front and side, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The cottage, dating back to the 1800s, is equipped with modern amenities such as electric central heating, an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer, and a TV with Freeview. Bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the fire are included in the rent. However, the property has steep open-tread stairs to the first floor, limited head height in the bedrooms, and a cobbled path leading to one of the doors, making it unsuitable for the infirm, elderly, or disabled guests.

Aberdaron, where the cottage is situated, is located on the end of the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, with popular resorts like Pwllheli and Abersoch nearby.
