The cottage can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms, including a double bedroom, a twin bedroom that can be converted into a super king-size double, and a single bedroom with an additional pull-out single bed. The property also features a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a utility room, a dining room, and a sitting room with a woodburner.

Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for four cars, lockable bike storage, an enclosed rear patio with furniture and a barbecue, as well as a front gravelled sitting area with furniture. The surrounding hill and mountain scenery provides a picturesque backdrop, with plenty of nearby activities to keep guests entertained. Nearby attractions include the beautiful beaches at Black Rock Sands, Harlech, and Barmouth, as well as the towns of Dolgellau and Porthmadog. Visitors can explore castles, narrow gauge railways, slate and copper mines, and the famous Portmeirion Italianate Village.
