The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, a garden with a lawn, patio, hot tub, and furniture, making it a lovely base for exploring Anglesey.

Amenities at Bran Goesgoch include oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared freezer and washing machine in the utility, TV with Freeview, DVD player, WIFI, a selection of books, games, and DVDs.
