The single-storey accommodation includes an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, 3 bedrooms, a shower room, and a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, and a cot and highchair are available upon request.

Outside, there is a patio area and an extensive lawned garden, with ample parking adjacent to the cottage. The property is wheelchair accessible and includes other disabled-friendly features, although it is not suitable for a hoist.
