Situated in the picturesque village of Rowen in the Snowdonia National Park, Pen-y-Bont is a secluded riverside retreat just a short walk from an award-winning traditional pub. The cottage prioritizes hygiene and uses environmentally friendly products for sanitization. The bedrooms feature Harrison Spinks super king beds with high thread-count bedding, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

The kitchen is equipped with Italian oak & granite countertops, a range cooker, and a spacious fridge freezer. The Victorian style bathroom boasts a drench shower and extra body washing shower head. The cottage stays cool in summer thanks to thick river stone walls and warm in winter with central heating, a log fire, and double glazed windows. The main room also features three electric Velux windows for fresh air.

Guests can enjoy a cottage garden at the front with a bistro table & chairs, while the rear offers a split level terrace with a BBQ and seating areas. The surrounding area is perfect for walkers with access to North Wales' majestic peaks, ancient Roman paths, and the Bodnant Garden. There are numerous activities nearby, including visits to Conwy Castle, the World's longest zip-wire, and Bodafon Farm Park.
