17 Glyn Y Marian is a charming terraced cottage located in Llanbedrog, Wales, and can accommodate up to six guests in its three bedrooms. The cottage is situated near the coast and is just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach in Llanbedrog, making it an ideal location for a family holiday. The upside-down layout of the cottage includes three ground floor bedrooms - a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The first floor features an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric fire and a sofa bed.

Amenities at the cottage include electric storage heaters, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs with Sky and Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, PlayStation 2 and Wii with games, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Bed linen and towels are provided, and guests can request a cot, highchair, and stairgate if needed. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, a garage for kayak and bike storage, a balcony with a sun canopy, furniture, and a BBQ, as well as shared use of lawns. Pets are welcome, and there is a short uphill walk from the parking area to the property.
