The open-plan living area includes a fitted kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, providing a cozy space for guests to relax.

Bed linen, towels, cot, highchair, and stairgate are provided, and off-road parking for two cars is available. The property is near a workshop and farm yard, so some occasional noise may be heard.
