Guests can enjoy amenities such as Freeview TV, a DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen with an integrated electric double oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, and microwave. Additional conveniences include a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen is not included but can be provided for an extra charge, and guests are advised to bring their own towels.

Pets are welcome at the property by prior arrangement, with an additional charge of £50 per pet per week. Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Guests have access to a large lawn garden with patio, lawn furniture, and a utility room. Parking is available for one car in an unallocated space in the car park opposite the cottage.
