Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, but towels can be provided for an extra charge. A travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available upon request. Outside, there is a large lawn garden with patio, lawn furniture, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking is available for one car in the unallocated parking space opposite the cottage.

Short breaks are available outside of Whit and School Summer holidays, and smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.
