This accommodation is ideal for those with mobility issues and is a great base for exploring Snowdonia National Park, the North Wales coast, and the bird sanctuary at Conwy. Llanrwst itself offers shops, hotels, cafes, and nearby walking and cycling paths.

The cottage features a double bed and three single beds, along with a shower room, kitchen, lounge/dining room, and a small utility room with a door to the outside. Luxuries include a TV, DVD player, CD player, and WiFi, while amenities such as electricity, central heating, and an electric coal effect stove are included. Guests can also enjoy the shared garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as private parking.

While pets and smoking are not allowed at this property, guests can request a high chair and travel cot if needed. The cottage does not allow Monday or Tuesday changeovers, and guests may be required to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
