Outside, there is a large decking area with a sea view where guests can relax. The lodge is within walking distance of a sandy National Trust beach, two pubs, a gift shop, convenience store, petrol station, art gallery, and fine dining at Tremfan Hall. The area offers plenty of walks, hikes, and stunning beaches to explore.

The lodge has 3 bedrooms, including 1 king size bed, 2 3' single beds, and 1 2'6" single bed. The ground floor includes the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, bedroom 1 with en-suite, bedroom 2, bedroom 3, and a bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob/oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Entertainment amenities include a Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, and access to a children's playground on-site. There is parking space for one or two cars on a grassed area next to the lodge.

Bed linen, towels, heating, and electricity are included in the rental. Pets are allowed at the property by prior arrangement, with an additional charge. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. The lodge is located in Pwllheli, near local landmarks such as Plas Glyn y Weddw and Plas-yn-Rhiw, as well as activities like golf at Nefyn & District Golf Club.
