The property has a changeover day on Fridays, with short breaks available excluding peak times. It is not dog-friendly, and both bedrooms are situated in the eaves on the first floor. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and Velux windows, while Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a woodstove flue for warmth. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, basin, WC, and towel radiator.

The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, small under-counter fridge, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
