Ynys Las is a detached bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac in Four Mile Bridge, Gwynedd, Wales, that sleeps up to 4 guests. The accommodation is all on one level, with two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The family bathroom has a large shower, hand basin, WC, and towel radiator, while there is also a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with a freezer compartment, as well as a dining table for 4.
The living area features two sofas, easy chairs, a Smart TV, and a wood-burning stove. Outside, there is a small patio area at the front of the house, a lawned area and BBQ in the rear garden, and a hosepipe for washing down bikes and paddle boards. Off-road parking is available for two cars in the driveway, and there is a bike store in the garage that can be locked. The cottage is near the coast, with the closest beach at Trearddur Bay just 2 miles away, and coastal walks can be accessed from the house on the boardwalk.
Changeover day is Friday, with short breaks available outside of peak times. The cottage is not dog-friendly, but it is suitable for all guests as all accommodation is on the ground floor. A travel cot and high chair are available on request, and there is hanging space for wetsuits outside at the rear of the house or in the garage area. WiFi is available, and all utilities, linen, and bath towels are provided. The location is ideal for exploring the Anglesey Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with local shops in Valley village just a 1.5-mile drive away.
