Y Caban is a charming, detached pine lodge located on a 35-acre smallholding in Llechwedd near Conwy, Wales. The lodge can accommodate four people in two bedrooms - a double room and a twin room. The property features a shower room with water heated by solar panels and a nearby spring. The open plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with French doors leading outside to a front and side lawned garden with a decked patio and furniture. Off-road parking for two cars is available a short walk from the property, making it an ideal base for families and small groups of friends exploring North Wales.

Amenities at Y Caban include electric heaters with solar water heating, an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio, iPod dock, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel and power are included in the rent, as well as bed linen and towels. Additional amenities such as a cot, highchair, and stairgate are available upon request. The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The lodge is accessed from a car park down a 20-yard woodland path and there are external steps to access the property. Guests should be aware of an unfenced stream 5 yards from the property and a steep, narrow single track lane leading to the lodge.
