Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed, multi-level front garden with furniture, offering stunning views across the Conwy River Valley.

Amenities at Tyn Llidiart include electric storage heaters, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
