The property also includes a fully-fitted modern kitchen with a breakfast counter and stunning mountain views from the dining room. Outside, there is an enclosed seating area and a steeply-terraced rear garden, making it an ideal countryside retreat all year round.

Amenities at Ty Cynon include solid fuel central heating and hot water from a wood-burning stove, electric heaters, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The cottage offers off-road parking for one car and a lawned terraced garden with patio, furniture, and a BBQ. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed on the property, and there are steep steps to the terraced garden that should be accessed with care.
