The ground floor of the property includes an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a ceramic touch control hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer. Entertainment options include flatscreen TVs in the living area and bedrooms with Freeview. Additional amenities such as a cot, high chair, and a sofa bed in the lounge are available upon request.

Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed garden with a hot tub, decking area with garden furniture, and flowerbeds. Ample private parking is provided, along with bedlinen, towels, dressing gowns, and a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and Welsh cakes. Wi-Fi, heating, and electricity are included, and basic items like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, salt-and-pepper, and tea towels are provided. The owners are available to assist with any queries or provide local recommendations.

While pets are not allowed, guests can enjoy the hot tub at any time, with a request to keep noise levels down after 10:30pm. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or waiver, and full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed upon receipt of full payment.
