5 star graded luxury holiday barn set on a 15 acre equestrian property. Enclosed rear garden with BBQ, Picnic Bench , Sun Loungers and Swing Ball for kids of all ages. The barn is designed upside down (bedrooms and bathroom downstairs) to take advantage of the stunning panaramic views of the sea and mountains. There are amazing sunsets everyday, except cloudy days, to watch as you sip an evening drink and relax after a days activities. We are within view of the All Wales Coastal path and near to the Mawddach Trail (made famous by Julia Bradbury), Taith Ardudwy Way (on the hills behind), many old Drovers paths that link the old gold mines and forts. For mountain walking we have the Snowdonia (also a train to the top for non hill walkers), as well as our local Cadair Idris mountain range with serrious climbing or the easy Pony Path route. For cyclists we have Coed-Y-Brenin mountain bike centre nearby. The barn has mod-cons including dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, fridge-freezer, drinks cabinet, ipod docks, alam/radios, digital TVs with DVD players and HDMI ports for your own media and USB sockets. Our local restruants have recently been approved and we now have very good Michelin recommended restruants (Bistro Bermo), as well as prize winning Fish and Chips (The Mermaid - Best Chipppy in North Wales) as well as a host of small cafes and cake shops for all tastes. If you wish to eat in, we have a prize winning Butchers (David Jones on the high street) specialising in Sausages and Black Puddings. We have six horses (1 piebald Irish Cob, 1 Scewbald Hackney, 3 black Fell Pony/Freisian youngsters and 1 Throughbred ex racehorse, eight sheep (3 Grey Faced Dartmores, and 5 Gritstone x Ryland), 3 Indian Runner ducks, 20 chickens (a hut in your garden so that you can help yourself to eggs), 3 cats and 3 dogs.
