The village of Trefriw is a short distance away, with excellent walks, trout fishing, and the town of Llanrwst just six miles from the property, making it an ideal base for exploring the picturesque countryside.
The cottage features a double bed and 2 single beds, a shower room, kitchen/diner, and a cozy sitting room with an open fire. Guests can enjoy modern amenities such as a TV with Freeview, DVD player, video player, and CD/radio. While there is intermittent access to unlimited WiFi, this may be affected by the weather. Electricity, night storage heaters, and convector heaters are metered, with a wood-burning stove providing additional warmth (initial logs provided). The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, and bed linen and towels are provided.
Pets are welcome at Ochr y Foel, with up to 3 dogs allowed (conditions apply). The cottage has an enclosed garden shared with the owners of the neighboring property, along with garden furniture, a payphone, and undercover bike storage. Private parking is available, and smoking is permitted on the premises. However, the owner prefers smoking to be done outside when possible. Please note that this property is not suitable for toddlers. Short breaks are available in the lowest season, with last-minute bookings accepted at other times of the year. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver, with further details provided before the holiday.
