Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms thoughtfully decorated, as well as two outside areas to enjoy, one offering stunning views of the marina and the Mid Wales mountains. Nearby attractions include Pwllheli Hafan Marina, Glan-y-don Beach, Abererch Beach, and Marian-y-de Beach, with access to amenities, shops, boutiques, cafes, and an ice cream parlor in the area. Additionally, the Arts Centre, amusements arcade, golf course, and access to the Wales Coast Path provide activities for all ages in the unofficial capital of Llŷn Peninsula.

The cottage features a king size bed and a double bed in the two bedrooms, along with a ground floor kitchen/diner, sitting room, and bathroom, as well as entertainment amenities like a TV and WiFi. Outside, guests can enjoy a lower rear patio area with garden dining furniture and an upper deck area with a picnic table, though caution is advised due to steep steps leading to the deck. Ample parking is available on the road, with bed linen, towels, heating, and electricity included in the rental. Guests are allowed one pet, but no children or infants are permitted due to safety concerns with the steep steps at the rear of the property.
