A separate laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer is available for all three properties on the farm. Families can request a travel cot, highchair, and safety gate, but should bring their own cot linen. Entertainment options include a TV and DVD player.

Outside, guests can relax on the patio with a picnic table, enjoy the shared garden with a gas barbecue, swings, a football goal, a playhouse/climbing frame with a slide, and a trampoline. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and a hairdryer are provided, along with a welcome pack of homemade cakes, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, and sugar. Wi-Fi is available, and plenty of parking space is provided. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property.
