The semi-detached stone house was stylishly refurbished in 2017 and is spread over three levels. The ground floor features a bright conservatory leading to a stunning kitchen/diner with a wood burner effect gas fire. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located nearby. Upstairs, there is a cozy lounge with an inglenook fireplace and gas fire, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath. The top floor houses a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an en suite WC.

Outside, the enclosed garden offers a peaceful retreat with a patio area for outdoor dining and relaxation. Guests can enjoy tea and cakes or a BBQ on the patio by the conservatory, or relax by the river on another patio area. The garden is well-stocked with borders and provides a tranquil setting to unwind and observe the local wildlife. A lockable shed is available for storing bikes or kayaks, and there is private parking for two cars on the property. Overall, this holiday home provides a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the natural beauty and attractions of Betws-y-Coed and the surrounding area.
