The property features a living room, kitchen/diner, sun room, cloakroom with WC, bath/shower room with WC, king-size bedroom, and twin bedroom. Luxuries include WiFi and a Smart TV, while amenities such as a contemporary real flame gas fire, DVD player, and all utilities are provided. Outside, there is a small lawn to the front and an enclosed courtyard to the rear with garden furniture, as well as bike storage available.

Guests can park at a local car park with a one-week pass available for purchase, and unloading is allowed in front of the property. No pets or smoking are allowed inside, and bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and highchair can be made available upon request.
