The bustling seaside resort of Barmouth is just north of the property, offering beaches, footpaths, cycle paths, and town amenities, as well as the impressive Barmouth Bridge crossing the Mawddach estuary. Nearby attractions include Harlech, Portmeirion, and the market town of Dolgellau.

The property is part of an estate shared with four other holiday properties, as well as a small holiday park, providing guests with their own private space. The cottage includes a lounge, conservatory, kitchen diner, shower room, and two bedrooms with a double and twin bed. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, and entertainment is provided by a 50” TV. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a hot tub, BBQ area, lawn, and orchard, as well as parking for 2 cars.

Pets are welcome at Hafod, with space for 2 animals, and guests are reminded that smoking is not allowed on the property. Bed linen, towels, heating, and electricity are included, and logs are supplied for the outdoor wood burner.
