Located in the rural area of Porthmadog, Gwynedd, Wales, Garth Morthin The Stables is a charming detached cottage near Morfa Bychan that can accommodate up to four guests in its two bedrooms - one double and one twin. The cottage features a kitchen, a cosy sitting room with a dining area, and a spiral staircase. Outside, guests can enjoy shared gardens with lawns, decking, furniture, and a BBQ, as well as a dart board (darts not supplied) - children must be supervised at all times.

Amenities at the cottage include oil central heating with a multi-fuel stove, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TVs with Freeview, DVD player, CD player, radio, iPod dock, and WiFi. Bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent. Additional fuel can be purchased locally. Guests have access to off-road parking for two cars, a shared games room, and front patio, enclosed private rear lawns with decking, BBQ, patio furniture, and sun loungers. Three well-behaved pets are welcome, and there is a cot and highchair available.

The village of Morfa Bychan, where the cottage is located, is known for its proximity to the stunning beach at Black Rock Sands and an 18-hole golf course. The surrounding area of North Wales offers a variety of attractions, from the mountains of Snowdonia to the coastal beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coast. Guests are reminded to supervise children due to sloping ceilings, steps down to the garden, and the presence of farm animals. Dogs must be kept under control when outside, and no stag/hen parties or fireworks are allowed on the property. Electric car charging is not permitted.
