Casula is a delightful little house overlooking the green in Criccieth. Small and perfectly formed, this house has undergone a complete refurbishment by the new owners resulting in a calming, luxurious feel throughout. Sumptuous sofas and neutral wallpapers set the tone for a relaxing stay. There is lots of space in the garden at the rear and from the front door you can see the sea and Criccieth Castle. Everything in Criccieth is walking distance from Casula.
Criccieth is a lovely town with plenty to do. There is Criccieth Castle, the beach and lots of interesting shops to visit from antiques to a simply magnificent cake shop! There are plenty of places to eat: The Spice Bank, The Lion, The Castle Inn and Poachers' restaurant to name a few. Nearby Porthmadog is the best place to go shopping and we absolutely recommend a visit to Borth y Gest, a beautiful picture-postcard village and bay (a bit of a secret for those in the know!) Portmeirion, with its stunning architecture, is roughly 20 minutes away and Abersoch is well worth a visit too - an upmarket seaside village with plenty on offer for a day or night out.
