The ground floor features a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a spacious kitchen/dining room, a utility room with storage, and a cloakroom. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a shower room with a large walk-in shower.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an integrated electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Guests can enjoy entertainment with a flatscreen TV, DVD player, and WiFi. Outside, there is a patio area with table and chairs offering lovely views, as well as a large grassed area ideal for outdoor activities. Parking is restricted to one vehicle at the rear or side of the property, with additional parking available in the nearby lane or public car park.
