Nearby towns such as Dolgellau and Blaenau Ffestiniog offer independent shops, eateries, and local activities like the Ffestiniog Railway, cycling at Antur Stiniog, and adventure at Zip World Slate Caverns. The beaches of Abermaw and Fairbourne, as well as Harlech Castle, are around 15 miles from the cottage. The accommodation includes a ground floor kitchen, living/dining area, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with an additional pull-out single bed and en suite shower room. Entertainment amenities include a 40" TV with basic Sky package and DVD player, as well as Wi-Fi.

Outside, guests can enjoy the balcony with garden furniture and views of the Rhinogydd mountains, a shared enclosed garden with seating options and a charcoal BBQ, as well as a shared lockable storage shed and laundry cabin with washing machine and tumble dryer. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and hairdryers are provided, along with a welcome pack on arrival. No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the cottage. Shared off-road parking is available for up to 3 cars, with external CCTV in use on the property. Travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment.
