The ground floor of the cottage includes the kitchen/diner, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, while the mezzanine level houses the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and large fridge freezer, and entertainment options include a TV, DVD player, and WiFi. Families are catered to with provided books and games, as well as the availability of a cot, highchair, and stairgate upon request. The garden features a BBQ and garden furniture, with parking for 1-2 cars next to the property.

Additional amenities include bed linen and towels, oil central heating, electricity, and access to an onsite shared laundry room. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited.
