Guests should be aware that late arrivals are no longer accepted unless pre-arranged, with the last check-in time being 6pm. Additionally, due to refurbishments, onsite facilities will be unavailable until March. The restaurant and bar are currently closed due to storm damage, but Harvey's Bar and Grill is a short 10-minute drive from the park. Bedding is provided in the lodge, but guests are required to bring their own towels, as the park does not supply towels, tea towels, oven gloves, bathmats, or toiletries.
