The apartment features an open plan living area with a kitchenette, breakfast bar, and sitting area, as well as a wet room with a walk-in shower. Outside, guests have access to off-road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage, and a shared gravel courtyard with private furniture. The property is equipped with amenities such as electric wall-mounted heaters, a combi oven/microwave, a fridge, TV with basic Sky, DVD player, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a travel cot is available upon request. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises.
