The open plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a private patio with a hot tub and furniture, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage is also pet-friendly, allowing up to four well-behaved pets to stay.

The cottage is equipped with amenities such as free-standing oil-filled heaters, an electric oven, touch ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Sky TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. A cot and highchair are available upon request, making it suitable for families with young children. Shops and pubs are just a 4-minute walk away, while the beach is only a 6-minute walk from the cottage.
