Tyn-y-fron is a 13-acre smallholding halfway between Bala and Corwen, offering seclusion without being difficult to find. The property is home to hens, cats, a Jack Russell, and wildlife like squirrels, foxes, and hedgehogs. Buzzards, red kites, and songbirds are regular visitors, and llamas are found nearby. The hut overlooks the River Dee, providing a back-to-nature experience that guests will remember for years to come.

The surrounding area is rural and scenic, with attractions like the Pontcysyllte Aquaduct and Bala Lake Railway Interpretive Centre nearby. Guests can enjoy activities such as game walks and birdwatching, as well as dining at a pub located just one mile away.
