The cottage is part of a development of similar properties on a 30-acre smallholding near the village of Caeathro, on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. The open-plan living space includes a handmade pine kitchen, a spacious sitting area with a single sofa bed, and French doors opening to a private rear patio. Guests also have access to a shared courtyard and games room.
The cottage is well-equipped with LPG central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, and WiFi. All fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels (beach towels not provided). Additional amenities include a shared washing machine, cot, highchair, off-road parking for two cars, shared bike storage, and a shared front courtyard area. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the property.
Caeathro is a small village near Snowdonia National Park, Anglesey, and the Llyn Peninsula, with a shop and pub within one to two miles. The popular tourist destination of Caernarfon, known for its 13th-century castle, old town walls, and waterfront, is also nearby. The area offers a range of activities, including guided tours of the castle, sea-fishing trips, and opportunities for climbing, walking, mountain biking, golfing, and water sports. The stunning beaches of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula are easily accessible from the cottage, making it an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty and attractions of North Wales.
