For families, a travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request, and a shared enclosed garden with seating options and a charcoal BBQ is available for guests to enjoy.

Bed linen, towels, and a hairdryer are provided, along with a welcome pack containing tea, coffee, homemade cake, and milk. Parking is shared off-road for up to 2 cars, and there is a shared lockable storage shed for outdoor equipment, as well as a laundry cabin with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
