The cottage is part of a working beef and dairy farm, offering a unique rural experience. It is located two miles from the nearest shop and pub in the village of Tudweiliog. The property consists of three separate units, each with its own kitchen/diner, separate lounge (in units 1 and 2), and bathrooms. Additional features include well-equipped kitchens, entertainment options like TV and DVD players, and a shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, each cottage has its own patio area, and guests can enjoy a large shared garden. Ample parking is available, and amenities such as Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, heating, and electricity are included. Pets are welcome, with up to 5 dogs allowed for an additional fee. A cot and highchair are available upon request, and a snug with games is provided in unit 2. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property. Nearby attractions include Plas-yn-Rhiw, Plas Glyn y Weddw, and the natural beauty of Llŷn and Lleyn Peninsula.
